Receiving Process
Each time we receive a new shipment of materials, we take the following steps to ensure a seamless transition. First, we’ll verify what we’ve received with you and your vendor, making sure to point out any material discrepancies or damages. Then, once materials are verified and MTRs are correct, we’ll tag all of the materials. And then last but not least, we’ll place the materials in a designated storage area.
Storage Capabilities
We have a variety of options in which we can store your materials based on your specific needs, including facilities that are: indoor climate-controlled, indoor non-climate controlled and outdoor. Furthermore, storing materials with us is valuable for a number of reasons. With our transparent pricing structure, monthly invoicing and flexible schedules, we can accommodate to meet your on-site demands.
In addition, we offer the ability to have your material vetted and available in advance for projects, complete with traceability verification, documented maintenance and preservation, as well as a barcode system for tracking materials throughout your space.
Preservation Process
As your materials are stored with us, there are several precautions we take to make sure they’re still in perfect shape when you need them. During the receiving process, caps and desiccant packs are installed and water and debris are removed from your material. We’ll also replace metal bands with nylon banding and keep an eye on your equipment to see if anything needs a new pallet, needs to be tarped or is in need of power throughout your storage duration.
Shipping
Once you’re ready to use your materials, we follow our proven procedure to guarantee it arrives to your site when you need it. First, we pull your materials, verify its traceability and prepare your MTRs and supporting documents for shipment. Then, we’ll properly repackage your material, confirm your documents and get your shipment staged for load out.
